Continuing Education and Professional Licenses
- Professional Licenses. We support our full-time employees to obtain and keep their professional registrations/certifications current.

- Tuition Reimbursement. We provide financial assistance to employees who take outside educational courses (subject to approval) and refresher courses in preparation for professional registration exams.

Co-op & Internship Opportunities
Green partners with educational institutions and provides meaningful and challenging co-op and internship opportunities to students who seek a career related to civil and structural engineering fields. They are not only exposed to a variety of projects, but are also introduced to the exciting field of consulting. The students will be mentored and supervised by our experienced professionals, while making valuable contributions to innovative projects contributing public safety and health.
Many of current Green’s full-time engineers experienced our co-op and internship programs and were hired as a result of demonstrating their enthusiasm and solid technical knowledge to our fields. Two to four co-op or internship positions are typically open throughout the year.
