Our firm was incorporated in February, 1954 in Boston, Massachusetts as “Green Engineering Affiliates, Inc.” “Green” represents a name of a founder Samuel J. Green and at that time it had a parent company in Pennsylvania, “Green Engineering Company”, which later became “Green International, Inc.” In March, 1976, the parent company was closed and we became Green International Affiliates, Inc., the name we carry to this day.
