Green's Commitment to Quality

Green believes that Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) is an essential component of the professional services that we provide and that it is imperative for the proper execution of projects and deliverables. Quality service can only be realized with careful and deliberate management; competent project staff; internal coordination amongst the project team; external coordination amongst subconsultants and the client; consistent communication; and periodic review and checking of the work product, including recording and documentation of the design and review processes. Green project teams are encouraged to be quality conscious in the performance of all their daily tasks, including design calculations, correspondence, CADD drafting, inspection, survey and engineering reports.

Green has an established “QA/QC Guidelines” Manual, which was developed through a collaborative effort by our Project Managers and Project Engineers. Our QA/QC Guidelines Manual is a living document that we constantly review, and periodically update. We ensure that all of our staff, including entry-level engineers, become familiar with our QA/QC Guidelines so that quality is built into our deliverables from the "bottom up". Green thrives on providing quality service and we encourage input from all of our employees to enhance the quality of our work.
